Job summary

Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is seeking a Business and Contracts Operations Coordinator to support cross-functional teams in Medical Affairs and related areas. The role blends contract operations, budgeting, and process improvement within a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required, healthcare-related preferred.
• Minimum 1 year project management experience.
• At least 3 years healthcare industry experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and budget management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end contract process for Medical Affairs functions.
• Review proposals, SOWs and changes; ensure financial and contractual accuracy.
• Facilitate contract execution with senior leadership signatures.
• Support RECAP concept reviews and HCC operational support.
• Budget tracking and reconciliations with Finance.
• Administrative tasks including scheduling meetings.
