Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Business Change Manager (US) to lead projects and programs that support enterprise goals. The role blends in-office collaboration 1–2 days a week with flexible virtual work, and involves coordinating with Developers, Analysts, and Leaders to drive change across Medicaid, home care, and commercial lines.

Requires a BA/BS and 5+ years of experience; PMP/Agile preferred; Jira and MS Project experience valued.

Qualifications

BA/BS in a related field and minimum 5 years of process or project experience
Experience in end-to-end projects with significant budgets
PMP and/or Agile certification preferred
Jira and MS Project experience preferred
RACI matrix experience preferred

Responsibilities

Identify impacted parties, business partners, and required resources
Define and validate requirements
Manage scope and change control
Coordinate design and development
Conduct SIT and UAT testing
Plan readiness and implementation
Provide Go-Live support and post-implementation review
Oversee transition to operational ownership
Lead stakeholder engagement and drive cross-functional collaboration
Develop executable project strategies to align business needs with delivery capabilities
Identify risks, dependencies, and issues and manage them proactively
