This hybrid role aligns Health capabilities, advisory and analytics to drive growth, and connects 170+ colleagues across specialties and geographies. You will lead strategic initiatives, manage resources, and enhance client outcomes.

The role requires 15+ years in Health and Benefits, strong communication, and the ability to navigate a matrixed environment. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Formación

• Fifteen plus years of dynamic experience with Health and Benefits products, services and solutions.
• Strong ability to lead ideation with a commercial lens.
• Excellent communication skills across levels and geographies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a 170+ person team.
• Drive profitability, growth and integration across Health practices.
• Develop and deploy a connectivity framework across Health teams and capabilities.
• Represent Aon externally through client engagements and market events.
