Job summary

Aon plc is seeking an Integrated & Specialty Solutions Leader for US Health. This hybrid role combines strategic leadership with hands-on team management to deliver integrated Health advisory capabilities and market-ready solutions.

You will guide a 170+ person team, drive profitability, and coordinate across Health, actuarial, analytics, broking and related capabilities. Aon offers flexible hybrid work with opportunities in US offices and virtual work.”

Qualifications

Fifteen plus years of dynamic experience with Health and Benefits products, services and solutions.
Exceptional communication skills to convey compelling messages across all levels and geographies.
Experience leading a multi-market, dispersed workforce and driving client and sales growth.
Ability to work in a matrixed environment and drive integration across teams and geographies.
Willingness to travel (from 50%).
Education: Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience; advanced degree desired.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 170+ colleagues to drive profitability and growth.
Drive integration and consistent processes across Health practice and Specialty Solutions.
Develop and deploy connectivity strategies to connect Health teams, capabilities and expertise.
Increase awareness, adoption, and utilization of specialty capabilities across Health Solutions.
Engage clients and market events to promote Aon’s offerings and value.
