Aon in Boston, MA is seeking a Health Solutions Consultant in a hybrid role with options to work virtually and from the local office three days per week.

You will support the Lead Consultant on client assignments, manage projects, and coordinate with Account Executives to deliver strategic client services. This position emphasizes client-facing communication, analysis, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• Must have appropriate insurance license/life and health (can be fulfilled post-hire).
• Strong project management and client-service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Support Lead Consultant on client assignments and/or act as Lead Consultant.
• Own day-to-day client contact and oversee client team.
• Collaborate with Account Executive to execute strategy and projects.
• Prepare and deliver relevant analysis with actuarial and broking teams.
• Own vendor management and plan document review.
• Coach and guide junior staff.
