Consumers Energy is seeking an Associate Instructor to deliver Health, Safety and Environmental instruction within a hybrid on-site/virtual setting. The role involves collaborating with fellow instructors and business partners, revising curriculum, and promoting a positive learning environment.

Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree, instructor certification, and the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles with strong communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or equivalent work experience.
• Associates degree plus 2+ years relevant work experience.
• High school diploma plus 4+ years relevant work experience.
• Ability to obtain instructor certification in the relevant subject area.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging lectures, presentations, and interactive sessions to convey course content effectively.
• Develop, revise and improve lesson plans, curriculum, and instructional materials.
• Assess student learning and progress using approved methods.
• Participate in professional development and collaborate with L&D instructors for coaching.
• Collaborate with colleagues and business partners to align instructional strategies across courses.
• Maintain accurate document management.
• Support Lean mindset by using CE Way 4 Basic Plays and contribute to customer affordability and financial performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
