You will work cross-functionally to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans while keeping products competitive. You will lead with market insights, partner with functions across the business, and manage dashboards tracking engagement, ROI, and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years in healthcare product management with full lifecycle experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial health insurance products and market dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into actionable product plans.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute product strategy and roadmaps for portfolio and assigned lines of business.
• Manage day-to-day product operations, including solution partners and ROI objectives.
• Gather and synthesize market intelligence and customer feedback for portfolio strategy.
• Analyze product performance and market trends to identify needs and translate into requirements.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to senior product leadership on opportunities and threats.
• Partner with actuarial, underwriting, sales, operations, legal, and compliance.
• Lead cross-functional teams through product changes and issue resolution.
• Manage a dashboard of metrics showing employer interest, member engagement, and revenue.
• Consult on vendor evaluations and solution assessments; review RFP trends.
• Serve as product expert and primary contact for assigned lines of business.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate product changes clearly.
