Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager II to execute strategy and manage day-to-day operations for an assigned portfolio across multiple states.

You will translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, collaborate across functions, and ensure products meet regulatory and market demands. You will drive product lifecycle, partnering with actuarial, sales, operations, and legal teams while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; MBA preferred
• 6+ years in healthcare product management with experience managing products through full lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of commercial health insurance products and market dynamics
• Demonstrated ability to execute product strategy and deliver measurable business results
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable product plans
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Execute product strategy and roadmaps for portfolio and assigned lines of business, aligned with portfolio-level direction and contributing to long-term product vision through execution learnings and market insights.
• Manage day-to-day product operations, including solution partners to ensure they meet their objectives and contractual obligations including ROI and service level agreements, , cost and price management, and product design.
• Gather and synthesize market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to inform portfolio strategy. Deliver these insights into an annual cadence of refreshing and delivering standing documentation.
• Analyze product performance, market trends, and competitive positioning to identify emerging market needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to senior product leadership on strategic opportunities and threats.
• Partner with actuarial, underwriting, sales, operations, legal, and compliance to execute product strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams through product changes, implementations, and issue resolution, facilitating alignment across diverse stakeholders and escalating strategic issues and conflicts appropriately.
• Manage a dashboard of metrics that demonstrate insight into employer interest, Member engagement with the product, success of marketing and campaigns, and revenue generation
• Consult on vendor evaluations and solution assessments as needed. Review our RFP history annually to discover trends ahead of solution sales.
• Serve as the product expert and primary point of contact for assigned lines of business, representing the product perspective in cross-functional planning and decision-making.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and clearly communicate product changes, requirements, timelines, performance reports, and recommendations across the organization and to leadership.
