Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Preferred GPA: 3.0/4.0.
• Permanent US work authorization without sponsorship needed.
• Available for the full internship period: June 7–August 13, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze healthcare claims and utilization data with cost projections.
• Support the RFP process for clients.
• Assist senior consultants in reviewing client needs and implementation strategies.
• Model employee benefit contributions to meet employer objectives.
• Prepare client deliverables, reports, spreadsheets and presentations.
• Contribute to the National Survey of Employer-Sponsored Health Plans benchmarks.
