Job summary

Requirements include a BA/BS in actuarial fields, 4+ years of health actuarial experience, ASA in progress, client-facing skills, and strong Excel/SAS proficiency. Strong programming in R/Python welcomed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in actuarial science, math, statistics, finance or related field is required.
• Minimum 4 years of actuarial experience with health and benefits consulting.
• Progress toward ASA designation.
• Client-facing experience and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements on health benefits strategy, including financial projections and renewal negotiations.
• Review analyses by junior staff to ensure actuarial soundness.
• Apply AI and technology-enabled tools to analysis and modeling.
• Prepare client reports and presentations summarizing findings and strategies.
