Qualifications

• Strong presentation and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provides hazmat/regulatory knowledge, expert analysis, product knowledge and training support to internal and external customers.
• Researches, writes, reviews and/or edits material for training, guides/manuals, handbooks, newsletters and online services.
• Suggest new products/services and revisions of existing products/services.
• Stay current with trends and developments in assigned subject areas to support responsibilities.
• Deliver webinars and occasional presentations at outside events.
• Writes blogs and articles to support Marketing and demonstrate expertise.
• Develops material for unique or custom projects to support multiple departments.
• Maintains pertinent industry relationships.
