Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state of Hawaii or location of store.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Attend regularly, including nights and weekends.
• Ensure safe and accurate dispensing and patient counseling.
• Lead, coach and develop the pharmacy team.
• Direct pharmacy operations, schedule, and compliance with regulations.
• Immunization delivery and collaboration with healthcare partners.
