Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Change Control Manager to own hardware product configuration across the lifecycle, leading a CM team and serving as PLM system owner. You will ensure BOM accuracy, part data, and engineering changes are traceable and compliant.

You will partner with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality to balance speed of change with product integrity, including integration across PLM, ERP, and QA systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Experience leading configuration management, document control, or PLM for hardware products.
• 2+ years managing Change Control teams.
• Hands-on, administrator-level experience with an enterprise PLM system (Arena, Windchill, Agile, Teamcenter, Propel).
• Experience managing engineering change processes (ECR/ECO), revision control, and multi-level BOMs.
• Experience partnering with Engineering teams to release products through NPI stage gates.
• Experience releasing product data to JDMs and contract manufacturers.
• Experience leading a team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration management strategy, plan, and procedures across hardware product lines.
• Lead PLM system administration and data governance across categories and lifecycle stages.
• Maintain integrity of BOMs and controlled documents through audits and cleanup.
• Lead engineering change processes end to end including deviations.
• Ensure changes include impact analyses on inventory, cost, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering to embed configuration control early in development.
• Coordinate with Program Management on stage-gate release readiness and launch timelines.
• Synchronize data flows between PLM, ERP, CAD/PDM, and quality systems.
