Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Configuration Manager to own configuration management and change control across critical hardware programs. You will define baselines, drive engineering change processes, and serve as the focal point for identification, status accounting, and audits in a fast-paced design, engineering, and manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct product configuration management experience.
• Experience with high-complexity, high-rate production environments.
• Familiarity with EIA-649/C, MIL-HDBK-61B standards.
• Experience with PLM and data management for complex hardware.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end configuration management for assigned programs, including baselines and audits.
• Define and maintain product baselines (requirements, EBOM/MBOM/SBOM) in Teamcenter.
• Manage engineering change process from initiation to implementation and track execution.
• Facilitate Change Control Boards and Technical Review Boards and document decisions.
• Lead configuration audits (FCA/PCA) and resolve issues.
• Build status accounting dashboards for ECRs, ECNs, and implementation status.
• Guide teams on Teamcenter workflows for releases, revisions, and BOM updates.
• Periodically audit as-built records against product definitions.
