Job summary

Gatik AI in Santa Clara, CA, seeks a Head of Product Lifecycle Management to own enterprise-wide change management, configuration control, and product traceability across engineering, hardware, software, and operations.

You will build and grow a scalable PLM function, ensuring 100% traceability from early R&D through production and deployment, on site five days a week at Santa Clara office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in PLM, Configuration Management, or Systems Engineering in safety-critical domains.
• 5+ years of leadership managing PLM/Configuration Management functions and enterprise-wide engineering operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing PLM and Configuration Management function across hardware, software, and field operations.
• Ensure full traceability of product configurations and maintain a single source of truth for critical documentation.
• Oversee enterprise Change Management, drive the Change Control Board mandate, and ensure compliant implementations.
