Job summary

Gatik seeks a Head of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to own enterprise-wide change control, configuration management, and product traceability across engineering, hardware, software, and field operations. This onsite role at Santa Clara will build and scale a unified PLM function with 100% traceability from R&D to deployment.

The leader will drive cross-functional change processes, integrate PLM with ERP/QMS, and ensure compliance and audit readiness while aligning with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years in PLM/Configuration Management or Systems Engineering in safety-critical domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM and Configuration Management function across enterprise.
• Ensure traceability of all product configurations and single source of truth across docs and releases.
• Oversee enterprise Change Management across hardware, software, and operations; drive CCB mandate.
• Unify hardware, software and operations, linking software releases to hardware revisions and SOPs.
• Design and implement scalable PLM processes for a growing org.
• Lead integration of enterprise PLM software with ERP and QMS.
• Oversee release management with cross-functional teams to ensure prerequisites and safety validations.
• Maintain audit-ready records for regulatory and safety standards.
