Job summary

EY is seeking professionals to guide insurers through technology-enabled transformation programs. Lead requirements analysis, architecture alignment, and implementation planning across Guidewire, data management, and reporting platforms.

You will work directly with clients to drive efficiency and effectiveness, collaborating with diverse teams to deliver integrated technology solutions. Travel to client sites is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in P&C insurance or consulting.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, or similar.
• Ability to define business/tech requirements and design architecture.
• Experience across project life cycle and data migration.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client work.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
