Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify pursuit leads across multiple channels.
• Cultivate and manage long-term client relationships with firm colleagues.
• Develop a pipeline of qualified project leads in New York and the Tri-State area.
• Engage in industry orgs and know the portfolio, design ethos, and regional trends.
• Collaborate on sector marketing, annual planning, and ROI targets; meet growth and fee goals.
