Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4+ years in administrative, executive support, marketing, or business development role preferred.
• Experience supporting an executive, partner, or director directly strongly preferred.
• Strong MS Office proficiency, familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms, social media platforms and basic graphic design skills in Canva or similar are needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Business Development & Marketing in executing growth and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate business development activities and assist with events, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide marketing support and execution of strategy, maintain firm website, lead employee marketing activities, maintain branded merchandise and inventory, assist with sponsorships, employer branding, and community engagement opportunities.
