The Oregon Health Authority’s Medicaid Division seeks a Complaint & Grievance Process Coordinator to strengthen the OHP member complaint resolution process by analyzing trends and implementing improvements. You will coordinate staff training, manage complaint tracking, and prepare reports to inform program evaluation, while ensuring policy, regulatory, and customer service requirements are met.

This role emphasizes equity and inclusive communication across diverse communities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and two years professional evaluative, analytical and planning work.
• OR five years of experience with education equivalent to the required knowledge and skills.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and strengthen the OHP complaint and grievance resolution process.
• Coordinate operational planning and improvement activities for the OHP Complaint Resolution Team.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and compliance within the member grievance system.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports for program evaluation and improvement.
