Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of sponsored projects, ensuring transactions are allowable, allocable, and reasonable.
• Ensure compliance with UW and sponsor policies and procedures.
• Authorize actions by central offices for grants and sub-awards; monitor agreements and communicate with stakeholders.
• Facilitate sub-award setup in Workday and maintain documentation of monitoring activities.
• Collaborate with Grant & Contract Accounting on budgets, cost application, and adjustments.
• Manage award closeout and final reporting; ensure timely cost-share processing where required.
