Job summary

Providence Medical Foundation is seeking a Contract Administrator for a 13‑week contract in Anaheim, CA. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4+ years experience in clinical trials
• 3+ years experience with contracts and budgeting

Responsibilities

• Coordinate study agreements to completion (study contracts, Start-Up agreements, Master contracts, and fee schedules).
• Prepare and track changes to contracts requiring legal review for submission and execution in partnership with legal.
• Review protocols and determine Coverage Analysis suitability; collect PI signatures on QCT checklists.
• Develop and negotiate budgets to ensure cost coverage of internal expenses.
• Collaborate with Site Teams to confirm resource allocations and vendor costs.
• Maintain and improve KPI dashboards and post‑award workflows.
