Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or significant relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping/accounting practices.
• Demonstrated experience and/or college coursework with emphasis on accounting, finance, or government/business regulations and administration

Responsibilities

• Review financial terms and invoicing requirements of award documents to prepare accurate invoices and financial reports.
• Review monthly transactions to ensure compliance with award terms.
• Perform fiscal reconciliation for award closeout and final invoice submission.
• Manage accounts receivable to ensure accurate application and receipt of payments.
• Use Banner applications and sponsor invoicing systems to generate invoices and reports.
• Collaborate with process partners and maintain strong customer service orientation.
• Communicate clearly and stay organized in a detail‑oriented role.
