Job summary

Intel Corporation seeks a qualified engineer to join our GPU Software Performance team in the US. You will focus on optimizing 3D graphics performance for Intel GPUs on Windows, collaborating across geo locations to analyze AAA titles and drive shader and driver improvements.

Responsibilities include improving graphics rendering performance, developing internal analytics tools, and contributing to next-gen features. Hybrid work model and multiple US locations are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/CE with relevant work or internship experience.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles in C++.
• Experience with DirectX, Vulkan or OpenGL or similar modern 3D graphics APIs.
• Knowledge of 3D graphics pipeline, rendering techniques and GPU architecture.
• Strong debugging, performance optimization and issue resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Join our GPU Software Performance team to improve 3D graphics performance on Windows for Intel GPUs.
• Analyze AAA games and pre-release titles to identify optimization opportunities across shipping and pre-production hardware.
• Develop and optimize graphics driver and shader performance to enhance user experience and drive industry-leading features.
• Participate in development of internal tools and analysis capabilities for performance data.
