Intel Corporation in Oregon (Hillsboro) invites a talented engineer to join the GPU Software Performance team. You will improve 3D graphics and Windows driver performance, analyze AAA titles, and optimize shader throughput while contributing to internal tooling and cross‑geo collaboration.

This experienced‑hire role offers a hybrid work model, with opportunities to influence GPU software across US locations including Folsom and Santa Clara, while maintaining state‑of‑the‑art graphics

Qualifications

BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
1+ years (BS) or 0 years (MS) of relevant professional experience.
Proficiency in C++ and object‑oriented design principles.
Experience with 3D graphics APIs and shader development is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze AAA games to identify performance opportunities for Intel GPUs on Windows.
Optimize driver and shader performance to improve rendering and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-geo teams to develop tools for performance analysis.
Contribute to ongoing GPU software development and performance bottleneck analysis.
