Management Concepts is seeking an Account Manager to join Open Enrollment Sales. This role suits early-career or experienced sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, uncovering opportunities, driving revenue, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The territory includes Federal, state/local government, nonprofits, and commercial accounts. This hybrid role is based in the Washington, DC area with occasional travel and remote work options as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years inside sales experience (SDR/Account Executive/Account Manager) preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive revenue.
• Experience with outbound outreach and lead follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand relationships across assigned accounts.
• Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
• Upsell and cross-sell courses, programs, and training solutions.
• Conduct proactive outbound phone and email outreach to generate leads and revenue.
• Manage leads with urgency and clear ownership.
• Oversee full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale support.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Provide excellent customer experience including billing and basic technical support.
