Job summary

Astrix is seeking an Account Manager to support both domestic and international accounts in the health and wellness sector. You will manage orders from receipt through fulfillment, forecast demand, and coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and eCommerce teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of account management experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and comfort working in a hybrid environment with 2–3 on-site days in Irvine, CA.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Account Management or related fields.
• Experience with vitamins, supplements, nutraceuticals, or consumer health.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Mandarin/Chinese language skills are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international customer accounts.
• Process and track customer orders from receipt through fulfillment and delivery.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Take ownership of account forecasting and demand planning activities.
• Support customer account registrations and cross-functional projects.
• Serve as a primary contact for customer communication and order-related inquiries.
• Maintain strong customer relationships while managing expectations and resolving issues.
• Support key retail and eCommerce accounts.
• Ensure landing pages, product detail pages (PDPs), product imagery, and eCommerce content remain accurate and up to date.
• Monitor account performance metrics and support KPI reporting.
• Process orders across domestic and international accounts.
• Convert quotes to sales orders and manage order flow through fulfillment and logistics.
