Real Chemistry is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team, with client services experience in healthcare. This hybrid role can be based in US offices (New York, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, San Francisco) or remote within the US, depending on team needs.

You’ll manage 3-4 accounts, drive flawless project execution, and collaborate across stakeholders to shape marketing strategies. Strong communication, budgeting, and mentoring skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare client services and account management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
• Budget tracking and invoicing experience.
• BA or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage client services and account management for 3–4 accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Develop marketing strategies and tactics with stakeholders.
• Support account development, resourcing, and budget performance.
• Prepare scopes of work, contracts, and creative briefs.
• Gather client feedback and track progress against plans.
• Lead client calls or meetings independently.
• Monitor budgets, invoices, and POs.
• Present updates and recommendations to clients.
• Mentor junior staff to meet deadlines.
