Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Business Process Analyst for a 6-month hybrid role in Memphis, TN (in-person Tue-Thu on-site). The candidate will join the HAFS Global Transformation team to support large-scale finance and shared services transformation programs.

The role focuses on process improvement, governance, and technology adoption. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, solid documentation experience, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a business analyst, project coordinator, or related role in a large organization
• Experience supporting transformation, shared services, or finance projects preferred
• 1+ year experience with SharePoint or similar platforms
• Experience preparing senior-level presentations, dashboards, and status reports
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
• PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by gathering requirements, documenting current and future processes, and tracking progress
• Develop and monitor project plans, deliverables, timelines, financials, risks, issues, and actions
• Manage project life cycle: intake, planning, execution, testing, change management, governance, and post-implementation support
• Maintain project artifacts, trackers, materials, status updates, and decision logs for governance
• Support governance and integrity of project documentation using SharePoint and related tools
• Assist with AI platform testing, use case documentation, training materials, and adoption tracking
• Analyze project data, resources, and status inputs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare leadership updates, steering committee materials, dashboards, and program communications
• Elevate and monitor risks and issues with business and leadership
