Ford Motor Company seeks a Supply Chain Resilience Lead to strengthen our global supply network through data-driven strategies and executive reporting. You will drive risk assessment, localization, and capacity expansion plans across tiers, leveraging advanced analytics and VSM to uncover hidden risks.

You will partner with Engineering, Finance, and Supplier Technical teams to execute de-risking plans, manage governance forums, and align CapEx decisions with business priorities.

Formación

• This role requires a bachelor's degree and 5+ years in supply chain, sourcing, or operations.
• Experience identifying supply chain risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Strong program management skills with governance and KPI tracking.
• Excellent communication to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and present data-driven resilience strategies to executive leadership.
• Lead identification and mitigation of global supply chain risks across tiers.
• Drive value stream mapping to improve sub-tier visibility.
• Manage resilience governance, cross-functional forums, and KPI scorecards.
• Evaluate CapEx, tooling, and cost-of-inaction analyses.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Supplier teams to execute de-risking plans.
• Lead supplier engagement on capacity, safety stock, and transitions.
