Ford Motor Company seeks an Operations Coordinator for the Indirect Supply Chain Business Office & Engagement. This role leads internal operations, communications, learning & development, and cross-functional coordination to support strategic priorities.

You will interface with leadership, employees, suppliers, and Center of Excellence teams, maintaining rhythm of business, and driving capability development across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to create presentations, analyze data, and develop business communications.
• 2+ years of experience using data analytics to drive strategic recommendations.
• Strong foundation in strategy, program management, or business operations.
• Self-driven learner with interest in Power Apps, Power BI, and related Microsoft tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Indirect Supply Chain Business Office.
• Manage governance, meetings, operational reviews, communications, and recurring activities.
• Coordinate business office processes, resources, tools, and support activities.
• Serve as intake and coordination point for cross-functional requests, initiatives, and special projects.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standard work documentation.
