Job summary

Lockheed Martin Fort Worth is seeking a senior supply chain specialist to lead the global strategy for F-22 readiness and sustainment. You will coordinate with program management, procurement, and supply chain teams to minimize shortages and keep schedules on track.

The role requires deep subcontract management experience, FAR/DFAR knowledge, and proven project leadership in a complex aerospace program. Clearances may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
• 8+ years of supply chain management (subcontract management) experience.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR regulations.
• Strong project management and communication skills; ERP/MRP system experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal and execution of the Global Supply Chain strategy and ensure plans are in place.
• Oversee readiness for F-22 supply, coordinating with supply chain, program management and procurement.
• Provide status on shortages, validation of requirements, schedules, and funding.
• Collaborate with leadership to reduce shortages and improve deliveries to the customer.
