Job summary

Winston Taylor’s Project Management Office seeks a skilled Project Manager to scope, plan, and manage medium to high complexity projects globally. You will liaise between customers and technical teams, develop plans, and ensure deliverables meet requirements and timelines.

The role partners with staff and attorney stakeholders, driving process improvements, technology implementations, and cross-functional initiatives to shape the firm’s competitive edge and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document business requirements to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
• Lead and facilitate project meetings with stakeholders and PMO leadership.
• Create charters and plans; deliver projects on time and within scope and quality.
• Identify risks, manage scope changes and resource constraints.
• Coordinate rollout and ensure adoption with Change Managers.
