Job summary

Winston Taylor LLP in Illinois is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the PMO to scope, plan, and manage medium to high complexity projects on a global scale across departments and practices.

The role partners with staff and attorney stakeholders to drive business process improvements, technology implementations, and strategic initiatives, while ensuring delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in a law firm or professional services.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Ability to commute to office 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document business requirements with focus on increasing effectiveness and efficiency.
• Lead and facilitate project meetings with stakeholders and PMO leadership.
• Prepare project charters and plans to meet scope and quality within time and resources.
• Identify risks, manage scope changes, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive decision-making among stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate rollout and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Collaborate with Change Managers to support adoption and organizational readiness.
• Understand integrations across applications and systems.
• Research new technologies to support project goals.
