Job summary

Yum! seeks a Global Category Leader for Potatoes to drive a 3-5 year roadmap across KFC, Taco Bell and Habit Burger & Grill. You will align the Brands, Regions and Suppliers to deliver sustainable value, improved unit economics, resilient supply and responsible sourcing.

You will lead multi-market strategy, category economics, and Joint Business Planning, shaping a global program with cross-regional implementations and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant supply chain or procurement leadership experience across multiple markets or regions.
• Ability to translate brand and regional priorities into a coherent global category program.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with category economics and pricing insight.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Potatoes category thesis and 3-5 year roadmap across brands and regions.
• Align brands, regions, and suppliers around category choices, investments and execution.
• Lead supplier strategy, Joint Business Planning and performance reviews to strengthen capacity, yield and resilience.
• Manage global supply-assurance and risk mitigation across regions with escalation where needed.
• Build the category community of practice and promote cross-market learning.
