International SOS in Blue Bell, PA is seeking a dedicated Assistance Centre coordinator to manage medical, security and logistical requests, delivering high quality service around the clock with empathetic care.

You will work on an onsite/hybrid basis with shifts of 3x13 hours or 4x10 hours, and start in September 2026. The role involves coordinating with medical and security specialists, using internal systems, and ensuring timely handovers to billing.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in logistics and customer service.
• Logistics, travel and/or healthcare sector desirable.
• Phone-based/call centre experience desirable.
• Experience in fast-paced, demanding environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations and logistics support to fulfil client requests with medical and security colleagues.
• Deliver high quality service and swift, accurate case resolution.
• Maintain 24-hour assistance service delivery and effective customer service.
• Document all case details in the organisation's systems.
• Plan and coordinate services using internal resources and external contacts.
• Communicate logistical arrangements to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Coordinate handover to billing with accurate information.
