Job summary

International SOS is seeking a Program Coordinator to administer and organize Health and Security Consulting projects across the US and globally. You will work with the Consulting Practice Manager to prepare action plans, resources, timelines, and budgets, coordinating activities, milestones, and documentation to ensure successful delivery.

The role is a full-time hybrid position based in Houston, with in-office hours Monday to Wednesday and remote work on Thursdays and Fridays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy.
• Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and action plans.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking and time management.
• Experience collaborating with clients and internal teams to define requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to define requirements, scope and objectives.
• Assign tasks to internal and external resources and assist with scheduling.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Ensure timely client reporting and stakeholder communication.
