Job summary

International SOS is seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to administer and organize Health and Security Consulting projects across the US and globally. You will support planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of projects, coordinating activities, resources, and budgets.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Houston with in-office hours 8am-5pm, and partial remote work. You will liaise with clients and regional teams, maintain documentation, ensure quality standards, and

Qualifications

Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Able to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and action plans.
Proficient multitasking and time management in a project environment.
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
Working knowledge of Salesforce; knowledge of Financial Force or Certinia a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project management activities, resources, materials and information.
Liaise with clients and internal teams to define requirements, scope and objectives.
Assign tasks to internal and external resources and assist with schedule management.
Monitor project progress and handle issues that arise.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Provide regular project updates and status reports.
