Training lasts seven weeks with hours 7:00 AM–4:00 PM EST, and a rotating monthly schedule post-training. The role emphasizes empathetic client support and information security awareness within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails to Crisis24 Global Operations Centre.
• Be the first point of contact and ambassador for professional service delivery.
• Adhere to SLA guidelines for telephone, email, and case handling.
• Open and manage new cases in the case management system with data integrity.
