Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with a CompTIA Network+ or a Bachelor's in Computer Science.
• 3+ years of information technology network experience with configuration of LAN, WAN, and Internet protocol technologies.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network-related hardware, software, and connectivity services across the firm's global environment.
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, patches, hot fixes, firmware updates, and security configurations.
• Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and reliability, and proactively address issues that may affect service continuity.
• Improve the efficiency, automation, resiliency, and security of network services across on-premises infrastructure and Azure environments.
• Follow established configuration, change management, and documentation standards to ensure changes are approved, communicated, successful, and supportable.
• Partner with the security team to select, implement, and maintain network security tools, policies, and procedures.
