Job summary

ABB E-Mobility is seeking a US Logistics Specialist to lead import/export shipments, SAP-based warehouse operations, and inventory management across Tempe facilities.

In this hybrid role, you will coordinate carrier relationships, ensure EEI filings, and maintain accurate SAP data while supporting RMA and warehouse transfers. A 3–5 year logistics background and forklift capability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP system or similar ERP.
• Strong understanding of import/export compliance, customs procedures, and EEI filings.
• Proven experience managing carrier relationships and negotiating freight rates.
• Excellent organizational and inventory management skills.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties including forklift and pallet jack operation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel for annual inventory reconciliation.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee import shipments to US warehouses and receipt in SAP.
• Coordinate US sales order shipments from screening to invoice approval.
• Maintain SAP delivery data and resolve errors via IT tickets.
• Negotiate freight rates with US carriers and brokers.
• Coordinate export shipments with forwarders and EEI filings in SAP.
• Manage space planning and inventory reviews at US warehouses.
• Support RMA, returns, and warehouse transfers in SAP.
• Perform monthly delta stock reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Travel annually for year-end physical inventory.
• Assist with scrap coordination and write-off procedures.
