Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Management to design and lead the operating infrastructure for a rapidly growing hardware business. The role focuses on cross-functional go-to-market readiness, certifications, RMA, S&OP, and end-to-end supply chain ownership.

You will partner with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Manufacturing to scale globally. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring ambiguity handling, ownership creation, and end-to-end process

Qualifications

• Experience leading supply chain for hardware products and go-to-market readiness.
• Ability to build scalable operating models and ownership structures.
• Proven track record in S&OP processes and cross-functional execution.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional processes and own global product certification readiness.
• Own and mature the company’s S&OP process connecting demand, forecasts, supply, and finances.
• Build end-to-end RMA and customer operations within Supply Chain.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, governance, and operating mechanisms for scale.
• Lead cross-functional execution and drive decisions to completion while keeping Supply Chain accountable.
