Hybrid role across Toronto, Austin, or Santa Clara. The ideal candidate will manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and terms, and translate forecasts into actionable demand and capacity plans.

Qualifications

• Experienced in strategic sourcing or commodity management for memory and storage, including DRAM components and DDR memory.
• Track record of negotiating pricing, supply agreements, and capacity commitments with manufacturers and distributors.
• Structured, analytical approach translating forecasts, roadmaps, lead times into sourcing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own global memory and storage commodity strategy, supplier selection, sourcing plans and performance.
• Lead pricing and contract negotiations with manufacturers and supply partners, including lead times and terms.
• Partner with Hardware Engineering and NPI to align sourcing with product roadmaps and readiness.
• Translate BOM requirements into demand plans and align capacity with build schedules.
• Manage supply continuity, inventory exposure, and supplier reviews to mitigate risk.
