Job summary

CGC is seeking a Business Intelligence & Operations Analyst to own Power BI reporting and operational support within the FinOps function. You will translate business needs into dashboards, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

You will work closely with the VP, FinOps on planning and execution, enhance dashboards, and drive improvements in workflows and documentation in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience or equivalent
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing business reporting dashboards
• Experience supporting business operations, project coordination, reporting, or analytics
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across teams, in a fast-moving environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions
• High ownership and cross-functional collaboration
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the VP, FinOps coordinating across the FinOps team
• Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards
• Manage relationships with external technology/reporting vendors
• Support cross-functional initiatives with project management tools and workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into dashboards and analyses
