Job summary

ProDriven Global Brands in Charlotte, NC seeks a Demand Planning Manager to lead the end-to-end SIOP process and drive accurate demand forecasting. You will manage a team of demand planners, align with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations, and maintain an 18-month rolling forecast to balance supply and demand.

Responsibilities include implementing standardized forecasting processes, driving improvements, and collaborating on New Product Development initiatives with exec-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning; 5–8 years in SIOP/IBP.
• Experience leading or mentoring planning teams; strong Excel and forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of demand planners to deliver accurate, actionable forecasts.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end SIOP process including all planning cycles.
• Own and direct the demand planning process using data, analytics, and business inputs.
• Maintain an 18-month rolling forecast period.
• Implement and standardize forecasting processes to support promotional alignment and New Product Development (NPD).
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align on a consensus plan.
• Facilitate monthly SIOP meetings and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Support implementation of planning systems and digital tools.
• Drive process improvements and standardization.
