Job summary

ALX Oncology is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager / Sr. CTM to drive global oncology trials from protocol through study completion. You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee CROs, and ensure trials meet timeline and budget while maintaining high quality. Strong regulatory knowledge and TMF stewardship are required.

Preferred onsite two days weekly as part of a hybrid model in South San Francisco, CA. Competitively valued compensation with bonus and stock options is offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, or Clinical PM.
• Experience managing global trials from start-up to close-out.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and global regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support study start-up, conduct, and close-out activities.
• Oversee CROs, sites, and vendors to ensure timelines and budgets.
• Ensure TMF quality and adherence to global standards.
• Collaborate with Biometrics, Regulatory, and Finance for ops excellence.
