CRISPR Therapeutics, Inc. in Boston, MA is seeking a trial management professional to lead clinical operations for rare diseases and oncology programs. You will manage CROs, maintain trial timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution of clinical studies.

The role requires 7+ years in clinical research, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 20%. A hybrid on-site/remote work model with collaboration across sites is expected.

Competenze

• BS/BA/BSN in health/science with 7+ years of clinical research experience.
• 2+ years of Clinical Trial Management experience.
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15-20%.
• Knowledge of ICH guidelines, GCPs and CFR.
• Ability to lead and organize team meetings.

Mansioni

• Manage CROs/vendors for assigned trials ensuring adherence to scope of work and budget.
• Identify issues and implement solutions to ensure timelines are maintained.
• Develop and maintain tracking tools for clinical trials including site status, enrollment, visits, data entry and action items.
• Assist with drafting protocols, informed consent forms, and study operations guidelines.
• Develop trial-specific training tools for site utilization; oversee eTMF maintenance.
• Coordinate with supply chain to ensure delivery of drug product to sites.
