ALX Oncology Inc. is seeking a CMC Planner to manage clinical supply chain transactions and shipping for ongoing trials at our South San Francisco office. You will coordinate CTM/IP shipments, oversee CMOs and vendors, and ensure GMP/GDP-aligned processes across labeling, packaging, and distribution.

This role emphasizes collaboration with Clinical Operations, QA, and Regulatory Affairs, with a hybrid onsite schedule. Preference is given to candidates who can work onsite Mondays and Tuesdays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, life sciences, biotechnology, business, or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certification (APICS/CSCP) is a plus.
• 2+ years of clinical supply management experience in pharma/biopharma.
• Experience with labeling, packaging, and distribution of investigational product (IP).
• Knowledge of GMP, GCP, GDP regulations related to IP.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate CTM shipment orders to ensure timely, compliant delivery to investigator sites.
• Manage international CTM shipments, including VAT compliance and QA liaison for IP release.
• Oversee manual shipments to clinical sites, ISTs, and CROs.
• Supervise CMOs and vendors for labeling, packaging, depot services, storage, and logistics.
• Communicate packaging plans to contract packaging sites and coordinate timing.
• Develop and track timelines for CTM manufacturing, labeling, release, distribution, and destruction.
• Troubleshoot IP shipment issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Track IP inventory, identify shortages, and advise on resupply.
