Qualifications

• Interpret and apply GIPS standards with practical guidance for reporting and disclosure.
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and investment curiosity to interpret performance data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of GIPS, CFA Institute guidance, and industry best practices.
• Create and oversee GIPS Composite Reports, updating them per decisions and regulatory changes.
• Partner with Product Management on composite performance, benchmark choices, and disclosures.
• Prepare materials for the Composite Working Group, facilitating discussions and documenting decisions.
• Oversee composite construction and membership integrity including disclosures and guideline changes.
