Wellington Management Company, LLP seeks an Investment Compliance Analyst to join the Global Operations team. The role focuses on ensuring investments and holdings comply with client guidelines and regulatory requirements, with real-time pre-trade support and post-trade issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of investment types including equity and fixed income products, and derivatives.
• Experience in guideline monitoring, investment operations or compliance is advantageous.
• Energetic, self-confident with an inquisitive mind and results-driven attitude.
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate with teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; skilled in handling multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to investment teams ensuring transactions and holdings comply with client guidelines and regulations.
• Review Investment Management Agreements, evaluate client guidelines, and maintain the Sentinel monitoring system.
• Perform real-time, pre-trade support with investors.
• Resolve post-trade exceptions generated from Sentinel.
• Collaborate with Guideline Monitoring Analysts and Global Relationship, Product, and Portfolio Management teams.
• Develop deep understanding of investment strategies relative to client guidelines and regulatory requirements.
